• We recommend purchasing tickets online to avoid queues at the entrance.

• Bring one companion free of charge upon presentation of a valid companion card when purchasing tickets online or at the entrance.

• The ticket is valid for one optional day.

• We recommend printing your ticket for faster entry – Wi-Fi connections may fail, and screens can be difficult to read in sunlight.

• Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you cannot find your ticket (especially for Gmail and Hotmail users).

• At the ticket booths, payment can be made by cash, card or MobilePay.
